I'm enjoying the MyTPI workouts to supplementreplace my historical regime. There are 3 exercises however that I'm not a position to do given my lack of a rebounder or cinder block wall our basement wallboard isn't a good alternative. Are there exercises that you'd suggest as replacements for the Foam Roller Step Toss the Split Stance Rotational Side Throw and the Split Squat Stance Side Throw? Thanks in advance for your input.
